













The Logistics, Security, Health & Hospitality Sub-Committee is tasked with managing all operational and support services to ensure that the Mfantsipim 150th Anniversary celebrations are safe, well-organised, and welcoming for all participants. The sub-committee's core objective is to guarantee a smooth and memorable experience through effective coordination of logistics, safety, healthcare, and guest services.

Deliverables include a comprehensive logistics plan, security and risk mitigation strategy, health and safety protocols, and a hospitality feedback report. Each component will follow a defined timeline and rely on a dedicated budget and resources, including access to personnel, equipment, and service providers.
The sub-committee will work closely with all other units of the Planning Committee to ensure alignment, efficiency, and readiness for all anniversary events.

The Historical Sub-Committee is established to research, preserve, and present the legacy of Mfantsipim School as part of its 150th Anniversary celebrations. Its core mandate is to document the school's history from 1876 to the present, showcasing its milestones, impact, and contributions to education in Ghana.
Primary responsibilities include conducting historical research, collecting and preserving archival materials, and developing compelling content for both print and digital platforms. The sub-committee will work with alumni, staff, historians, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and authenticity in all outputs.
Scope of work includes producing a commemorative publication, developing a historical exhibit, creating a digital archive, and generating multimedia content for outreach and engagement. The team will also ensure cultural sensitivity and coordinate closely with other sub-committees (e.g., Events, Communications) to support the broader anniversary agenda.

The Awards Sub-Committee is tasked with identifying, recognizing, and honouring individuals, groups, and institutions that have made outstanding contributions to the growth and legacy of Mfantsipim School. This initiative seeks to celebrate excellence, inspire future generations, and foster a sense of pride and community among all stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include defining award categories, establishing nomination and selection procedures, developing evaluation criteria, and planning the design and presentation of the awards. The sub-committee will oversee the call for nominations, review submissions, and work with a selection committee to ensure fairness and integrity in the process.
Award categories may include Distinguished Alumnus/Alumna, Outstanding Teacher/Staff, Lifetime Achievement, Community Service, and Emerging Leader, among others. The committee will also manage the design and procurement of plaques, certificates, and event materials, and plan the award ceremony.
